2024年11月11日，SAUEI团队与哈尔滨工业大学国际教育学院团队就非洲学生来华留学项目展开会谈，哈尔滨工业大学团队表示，非洲学生素质高，学习能力不错，我们非常欢迎非洲及加纳学生来校学习。双方就本硕博学历项目及其他合作项目深度讨论并达成协议。
哈尔滨工业大学共有23个学院，86个本科专业，9个国家重点学科，12个国家重点实验室，38名院士享有盛誉的中国科学院和中国工程院。哈工大的11个学科在基本科学指标(ESI)排行榜上名列前1%。特别是哈工大的材料科学和计算机科学名列前1‰，工程学科名列前1。2020年，哈工大在《美国新闻与世界报道》公布的全球最佳工程大学名单中排名第六。
On November 11, 2024, the SAUEI team met with the Harbin Institute of Technology’s School of International Education to discuss the programs for African students studying in China. The two sides had in-depth discussions and reached an agreement on the bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs, and other cooperation projects.
At HIT, there are 23 schools, 86 undergraduate programs, 9 National Key Disciplines, 12 National Key Labs, and 38 members of the prestigious Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering. Eleven disciplines of HIT are ranked among the top 1% on the Essential Science Indicators (ESI) lists. The material science and computer science of HIT in particular are ranked among the top 1‰, and engineering discipline ranked among the top 1‱. In 2020, HIT ranked 6th on the list of the best global universities for engineering announced by the U.S. News & World Report.
