2024年6月13日，SAUEI团队与中国海洋大学国际教育学院团队就非洲学生来华留学项目展开会谈，双方观点高度一致。并就本科硕士的学历项目及其他合作项目深度讨论并达成协议。
中国海洋大学是教育部直属全国重点大学，是“双一流” “985工程” “211工程” 重点建设高校。也是一所海洋和水产学科特色显著、学科门类齐全的综合性大学。截至2023年12月，学校有崂山、鱼山、浮山、西海岸4个校区，占地5200余亩，设有1个学部、20个学院和1个基础教学中心，拥有科学考察实习船舶3艘，17个博士后流动站，教育部重点实验室8个，教职工4048人。
On June 13, 2024, the SAUEI team held a meeting with the team of the School of International Education of Ocean University of China on the study abroad program for African students in China and there was a great deal of consensus between the two sides. And on the bachelor's and master's degree programs and other cooperation projects in-depth discussion and agreement.
Ocean University of China is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and is a key construction university of "Double First-Class", "985 Project" and "211 Project". It is also a comprehensive university with significant characteristics and complete disciplines of marine and aquatic sciences. As of December 2023, the university has 4 campuses in Laoshan, Yushan, Fushan, and West Coast, covering an area of more than 5,200 acres, with 1 faculty, 20 colleges and 1 basic teaching center, 3 scientific investigation and practice ships, 17 postdoctoral mobile stations, 8 key laboratories of the Ministry of Education, and 4,048 faculty members.
